The prices on this website are based on the assumption that the vehicle is in a reasonable condition. If upon inspection the vehicles condition is worse then an additional fee may be payable. Therefore for a clearer indication of cost please call for a quote.

Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, but no value refund will be given.

2. Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

3. AWACS Valeting  will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between AWACS  Valeting and a Voucher holder.

4. AWACS Valeting reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions.

5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Vouchers have an expiry date as stated on the voucher or if sold over the phone you are asked to refer to  this website for the terms. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. Replacement vouchers with later expiry dates are issued solely at the discretion of AWACS Valeting.

7. Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

8. Any defacement of a printed voucher will render it invalid.

9. No modifications can be made to a voucher after it has been issued.

10. We reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked valet if it is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

11. Vouchers will be delivered to the email and postal addresses supplied by the buyer. The Voucher buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this delivery information. AWACS  Valeting is not responsible for any use of the Voucher by any individual resulting from errors in this delivery information.

12. No refunds or cancellations of Vouchers are allowed.

13. Voucher buyers shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, email address or login name and password of any other user or person for any reason whatsoever without prior consent, nor forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an email.

14. You shall immediately notify AWACS Valeting if it comes to your knowledge that your Voucher code has been compromised or has become known to anyone who is not authorised by you to pay for goods using the Voucher.

15. The usual terms and conditions of use of the AWACS Valeting web site also apply.

16. The vouchure's maximum validity is 3mths.

17. Please note that buy purchasing one or more of our vouchure's you are agreeing to our terms as listed above.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
